A Texas business that fixes public documents so people using screen readers can read them.
What we do
We remediate PDF and Word documents for cities, counties, school districts and community colleges. We fix headings, reading order, table headers, alt text, form labels, title and language. Every file is checked with PAC and read through with the NVDA screen reader by a person before it goes back to the client.
Who we are
ScreenReady Docs is a service of AceIt Technologies LLC, based in Houston, Texas. We work with Texas public entities by email. Messages sent through the contact form go to the same team that quotes and delivers the work.
What we do not do
- We do not give legal advice or tell you which documents the ADA Title II rule covers.
- We do not certify a website or an organization as compliant. We state what we did to each file and how we tested it.
- We do not sell overlay widgets or scripts that claim to fix a site automatically.
